Hyperbolic Exponential Backloaded Horn System

A horn that traces a hyperbolic curve like a wind instrument and refracts in a complex way—this is the exponential backloaded horn.
By stacking and bonding MDF plywood cut into the shape of the sound path, it has become possible to create a backloaded horn with an ideal sound path that traces curves which would be difficult to achieve with wood. Thanks to a powerful special adhesive, all the layers are fully integrated into a monocoque structure, finished as if a tunnel for the sound path were carved out of solid wood. (Patent granted) The curved sound path ensures smooth airflow, and by efficiently folding the path, the maximum length is secured within a limited volume. This greatly amplifies the low frequencies, enhancing the sense of scale while maintaining a natural sound. It is an enclosure with a clear, rich sound and exceptional structure and qualities that are truly rare worldwide.

Acoustic-specialized coating

The enclosure is coated with a newly developed acoustic special-purpose coating designed specifically for this product. This coating eliminates undesired incidental sounds in the enclosure and extends the frequency range.
